Our Lead Consultant Dr. A. Fonseka (BSc. (Eng.) (Mora.), MSc. (Mgt.) (USJ), PhD. (Org. Lead.) (Col.) CEng. MIESL MIMSL MISMMSL) is a Management and Leadership consultant with well over 25 years of experience in the field of Manufacturing and Engineering solutions.

He is a Chartered Engineer who began his career as an Electrical Engineer at Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB). After 12 years of service in CEB, he worked for many of the leading companies in Sri Lanka and overseas. These include Almarai, which is the largest dairy production company in the gulf region, Unilever Sri Lanka, Brandix Essentials Ltd., and Noratel International which is a Norwegian Company operating in Sri Lanka. He has also worked for many organizations in the apparel industry on assignment basis, such as Triples Essentials (operational wing of Foundation Garments), Epic Designers (Bangladesh), and MAS Holdings, Silueta. At present he is working on consultancy assignments for various organizations in Engineering, Dairy, Apparel, Herbal Pharma and FMCG industries.

Apart from the Corporate industries, he has been actively involved in many other institutions. He is a past president (2010/11) of the Millennium Toastmasters Club, a certified NLP Practitioner, a certified personal coach at Coach Masters Academy in Singapore, and a coach in self-awakening and Mindfulness.

He is identified as a Manufacturing and Operations Expert, Project Management Consultant, Engineering Consultant, Leadership Trainer and an Industry Researcher.
